I recently moved and picked Prime due to it's proximity to my home. It was a great decision. A storage unit is not unique, but the young woman who signed me up for a unit is. She excels in Customer Service, a dying attribute. In a recent visit it appeared that she has been promoted to a supervisory position. I am very impressed that this company sees and acknowledges a valuable employee.

Deanna Strauss was fabulous & set us up with a clean, secure storage unit immediately! Couldn’t be happier with her service!
We arrived before they opened but Deanna was very polite in telling us they opened at 11am. So we came back after 11am and Deanna was there and we met Vanessa. We rented a unit. Vanessa even walked us to our unit personally. I would DEFINITELY recommend renting from Prime Storage. They were really helpful and very nice!! ☺
