Ericka was very helpful in setting up my account. She showed me my storage unit , showed me how the lock worked. Very polite and friendly.
The manager was very pleasant and followed up with us when our delivery was delayed. Erica explained the process of registering and payment process. She also told us about the Cube Smart app we could use. She went on a walk through of the facility and we tested our entry code. The building was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place if you have storage needs in the area.
My experience with Errika was amazing! We were browsing in the neighborhood for storages and her customer service alone was fantastic!
I don't understand how a business like this has the courage to put on the door that it opens at 6:00 AM. I'm here now-I arrived at 5:30, expecting it to open at 6:00-and it's still closed. The service from this place is terrible, and now I can confirm it. When a company promises to open at a certain time and fails to do so, it already shows a lot about its lack of professionalism.
