The customer service was polite, extra friendly, caring and supportive. She understood my situation and helped me with exactly what I needed. She gave me a tour of the place and went above and beyond letting me stay inside and letting me charge my phone until my bus arrived. Easy to get locked in. Cube smart has people working from home that when I called. I don't like technology ok I'm cursed by technology. I called and that was no problem. Their agent walked me through every step so that I knew my purchase was secure, and it was the management at the desk were trained well and made storing my property a good idea. Thanx so far!

I've rented many storage units over the years from different chains and it's rare to get the top notch customer service as received from here. I needed a unit for my small pop up travel camper and Elaine and Ron went the extra mile in helping me try to get it into the space. Like they literally pulled and pushed to help me.
