Michelle and Elaine and Sonny are curteous friendly and extremely helpful, however, everytime they have a substitute from somewhere else they assume they know whats going on or going wrong and tend to cause serious detrimental issues. Customers who are simply changing their work uniform (because their small job was messy and they cant go to the next clients all messy, every job deserves professionalism) get accused of sleeping in the unit which has no electricity and has no running water and isnt climate controlled. They have raised my rent TWICE now within less than a year. I went from $85 to $133.00!!!!!!!! I'm out of state and can't go back easily to get my things out and that's how they get you. I cannot afford these constant increases and now I'm late and they're threatening a $120 lien fee also! Stay away from this company.

I have had a unit here for about a year and a half every time I I go to pay or I use the bathroom 20 times while I'm doing stuff in my unit Elaine is always very friendly and she does what she can if you have a problem and to me this is the best thing she has a sense of humor
