No complaints about the staff they were efficient and pleasant. However, to get started was almost $200 , as expected we paid $144/ month but just after 3 months this jumped up to $170. I was told they were just keeping up with competition. We have used many storage units over the years & still are so we are not strangers to using storage facilities but this increase by far felt like a bait and switch deal! BEWARE!!
