It started well until I was overseas and they randomly DOUBLED the price of both my storage units. There are hidden clauses in the contract. Don’t go with them! There are other options for storage companies which won’t screw you just because. Management was not nice and not helpful at all when I try to get this resolved by email and over the phone.
Jonathan gave excellent customer service and was well knowledgeable and gave great advice!
