Johnathan and Anna were professional and helpful with helping my mom move into a smaller storage unit. They gave her the best options and pricing. The facility is well maintained inside and out. Right from the beginning of getting my unit everything moved like clockwork. I signed up online and found out that my unit was not close enough to the elevator for me due to my disability. Jonathan found an empty unit available that was closer to an elevator and changed the unit with no problems. The place is always clean, great security, has easy access which I needed. Of course Jonathan is so helpful! I have had my unit for just a little over a year and I highly recommend CubeSmart in Altamonte Springs.
Jonathan and Anna were very helpful in matching me with the appropriate space for my belongings and motorcycle.
