Moved in yesterday. Had a wonderful experience with Sabrina, she was helpful and informative. Having had to leave another storage facility due to quadrupling the price in 1 year, She made the experience pleasant
I would like to take a moment to thank Raymond for going above and beyond. I was rushing to leave for a work trip and unfortunately, I had not locked the unit all the way over as it should be once you put the lock on. He came to the rescue and notified me and he took steps to make sure it was secured. Thank you, Raymond! I appreciate your help more than you know. He is truly an asset to CubeSmart Self Storage.
Great location; clean and easily accessible storage units; very helpful staff. Highly recommended, just realize prices rise the longer you rent a space, so accept that or move out. Much of the stuff we store is unnecessary, so empty it out, move to a smaller unit or get rid of it all. It will add up if you don’t.
Amazing service. Raymond is a superstar and I hope y'all know that you guys have a gem on your hands. He is professional, sweet, really remembers you and beyond amazing at his job. I am so thankful for him. Five stars based on my experience with Ivan.
The rental process was incredibly easy, and the facility is impressively clean with wide, accessible hallways. However, I noticed the motion sensor lights turn off a bit too quickly. Because the lighting doesn’t stay on long enough, it’s quite dark inside the lockers, which makes it difficult to see and organize my items.
