The storage I rented was already locked. It took a whole day to get them to open it. I called seven times to the 1-800 customer service, and never received a call back from the local management. The next day, when they were supposed to be open, the door was locked. I was waiting at the door, and the worker was sitting in the building doing absolutely nothing - they opened an hour late. Awful customer service !

Love the facility. Also have large overhead doors to allow for box trucks to get in. Once inside, you can safely unload your stuff on the carts provided. Security access is great. I was able to use the Cubesmart app to use it as a remote garage door opener, making entry more secure.
