I came in to ask a few questions and Alexis at the Ellsoworth Ann Arbor location was very kind and easy to talk to. She provided all the info I needed on getting a storage unit I will definitely be coming back to get a unit and hope to see her there as I come in ☺️ she was very welcoming and gave good spirits.
