I had a great experience
Very good experience. Went there to look at storage units for my upcoming move and was greeted with such kindness and positivity by an employee named Alyson and another employee by the name of Alex was very informative and helpful with all the questions I had. Will definitely be using this storage facility come the time of my move!
Great customer service. There was a slight issue with the first month of renting out a unit, but the people there were super helpful when I came in and we got it all figured out.
This was the first time I ever used a storage unit. I must say I was a bit nervous but the experience was very positive. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The faculty is clean and well kept.
