When we arrived we were immediately greeted by Barbara she was very knowledgeable brought us to our unit answered all of our questions gaves us our lock and gave us a good laugh ! We appreciate the great customer service!
Place is brand new and very clean. Met Barbara when there was an issue with the door and she was very nice and took care of it right away. We feel very safe keeping our things here while moving. Being able to set everything up online was great and I received a phone call once I was done making sure I had everything I needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage
Barbara was wonderful and inviting. She walked us to a unit to ensure it was in an area that would work for us. All the paperwork was easy, digital and easy to understand. The price was competitive with other storage units in the area, but feels safer. The dollys by every entrance was extremely convenient as are the covered loading areas, so if it's raining, you don't get yourself or your items wet. Realy great experience
Literally the easiest process to obtain a storage unit. With my busy schedule, it’s not always feasible to make business’ office hours. Signing my agreement online & having the VERY clean unit ready for me was very impressive. I won’t ever use anyone else!
