Nile and Shakira were wonderful to me. Great service! They took the time to explain everything to me and were patient with all my questions. Would recommend CubeSmart to everyone!
UPDATE - The decision makers at the corporate level decided to raise my rate by 37% after just 6 months. I am highly disappointed and inconvenienced by this decision, which earns a 1 star rating. That said, Both Nile and Shakira at the front office have been tremendous helping me find a smaller unit close to my existing space to minimize the hassle of an unexpected move. I would give them both a 5 star rating. Thank you both ladies.

I had the pleasure of meeting Shakira and she was awesome. Very professional and sweet. Her customer service was amazing we need more Shakira’s at this storage place.
