Just rented 2 units at CubeSmart in Conroe, TX. Kenny and Toni did an outstanding job explaining all the details; providing a tour and then professionally handling the check-in process. The facility was immaculate and well maintained. The security cameras / access control and alarms were all functional.
I started on November 21st at this location, this facility is clean and very well organized. Toni the Manager is always so kind to me and has top notch customer service skills. every time I happen to go by there, she is always telling me hi, checking in on me, just to be sure I am ok. The new assistant manager Kenny is just as polite and always helpful. this is a very good quality establishment.
