Hard to get a response from my store. Any billing question I had was “our phone was down” or “our billing system is down, call you back”. Is this how you train your employees? Just tell the customer the system is down and they will go away? Also, random 30% increases to my unit is unacceptable. I can’t budget my monthly expenses with that kind of variation. Customer service was great and she help me with everything i needed
Great storage area. Very clean, cool interior, very helpful and great customer service. Would highly recommend them.
Lady at desk was very helpful and friendly. But when went to put belongings in rental space. Was really dirty. Spiders and spiderwebs everhwhere. Definitely was not cleaned and would have thought since the bag and lock was in there they would have e cleaned knowing someone was about to Milo e there things is. Only issue this far.
