Ciara was great to work with! She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! She took the time to explain everything to me from going over the contract to how to get into the gate. The unit was super clean. Overall Great Experience!
Easy online process to reserve a unit. Not quite that easy getting a local person on the phone or return calls in a timely manner. Reserving future commits until I actually use the unit. Sierra the local store manger just returned my calls. She apologized for the mixup and answered all my questions. In all fairness, feel I should revise my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.
