Secure unit and friendly staff but has issues with climate control and humidity. Stored stuff over the summer in a "temperature controlled unit" and a lot of boxes/stuff inside has to be thrown out due to mice and mold.

Rented a space here for a year - super nice facility, reasonable rates for climate control and flawless process once I decided to vacate. Highly recommend

Andrew, I call him “Magic Man”. Andrew from the time he was hired he did everything in his power to make sure I felt like Family. He answered all my worries and questions. This office staff is amazing. When I have an issue of any sort, maybe I forgot a payment, they would call me. He has never been shady. When I look in the window of the office, it’s always a honor to know he’s there. I look for snacks to bring because they are a true 5 star in person . Thanks for the new management

Andrew was extremely helpful. I went in inquiring about a unit and he was able to answer all my questions and did so respectfully. If I was still moving to Bloomington, I would come here to store my stuff just for his great guest service!
