Horrible customer service. Two people in Bloomington facility have no idea what they are doing and are rude. Can’t even accept payment until on the day it’s due. Took two months to refund for my own lock. Every question asked, they said they would need to call corporate.
Very nice facility. The key broke off in the lock I purchased from Cube Smart and they replaced it.
brand new very nice facility. i highly recommend ! rates are some of the best in town
