I came right in and Summer set me up with a unit in no time. She was very nice, fast and knowledgeable in the industry. Competitive rates. Brand new facility. It's a no brainer folks.
My thanks to Robert and Summer at the Yuba City, Ca location for keeping me connected the last couple of months during a time that was unpredictable in completing the 500+mile move finally to storage. Items required a climate control which I wasn't able to locate another facility in Yuba City, even to compare with. Robert gave great customer service. I was able to tell that Robert really enjoys his job. He was so thorough on informing me of the rules ,gate access hours ,and explained the many ways I am going to be able to make my payments.He explained what I should expect when I arrive at the property,and even offered moving merchandise I might need such as boxes and tape.The world needs more Robert’s.
