Came here on Sunday June 28th to store some items. Great reviews overall the office staff are great but when I arrived to the storage location the front door has a sign that says use other entrance which is fine went around to the other entrance to get in and the key pad is not functional. I choose today as it's my only off day to get here to put things away and I can't do that this needs to be fixed. Attached is a picture of the key pad on the rear entrance.
