Managers should be in office during office hours. It is very unprofessional and unacceptable to be out office with no notice or coverage. Also, update your system asap so it won't assign units that are NOT available, and it prompts an emergency on the customer's side. My son and I are from California and he needed a unit to store his belongings for the summer, and there was no manager on site to help! Thankfully a third customer service rep I spoke to was able to reassign an available unit.
Had an amazing experience with Cube smart. After renting a storage unit at a different place and finding it unsuitable for storing my things. The representative at Cube Smart that helped me was so responsive and kind. She really delivered the best experience after a horrible one at another company. I will go no where else from now on. Chase B is a true asset to the Cube Smart on Glenway Avenue!
I was greeted and treated with kindness and respect. Customer service was a 10/10 even though there was multiple people needing help.
About that, Mrs. Chast she’s very nice and welcoming and on first site you can actually feel she’s there to help you. This is my first time at Cube smart and I definitely advise you this !.
