We just started renting this unit-The lights go of if you’re arranging your unit you have to walk in dark all the way down each side of hallway to activate sensors. Of all the days we came to drop items off AC was on today its not running. Called the front desk and there was another “new” person. I guess its hard to get a hold of manager. The lady at desk had no idea who to talk to about the AC. Today is the day we will off load lots of items. So much for climate control.
It was a pleasure doing business with Extra Storage facility on Gateway. Super nice people that work there. Diana was always available to answer all my questions. Will definitely use them again!!!
