First time renting a storage unit and let me just say that CubeSmart in Groton made it super simple and easy!!! Staff were exceptional and the customer service is outstanding! Mona, in particular, truly helped us so much and you can tell that she really cares about assisting each renter that walks through the door!

Storage facility is amazing. Drive up units. Ground level. Lots of size options. Lot is clean. Ebony at the front desk went above and beyond to help out my crew. We had some ice in front of the unit and she came and made sure we were good so we could safely move in. She is amazing!!!
