Rented a Cube today. I got to meet Ebony and Julie. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Julie took my call and was waiting for me as planned. I also got Ebony as an extra. It went like clockwork. About 5 minutes in I asked if Julie was new. Well, for 5 days into training, I have to say, well done to Julie, Ebony and training. You have a wonderful team in Groton. Thanks for helping me find a summer home for my toys. Keep up the GREAT work.
Mona was very kind and informative. She made sure I understood all my options and also made sure I was well taken care of.
