Very good expertience.
The rent initially quoted was increased over 50 dollars a month with little warning after less than 5 months with no explanation. Apparently I was also told it would probably go up again in 5 months…. Ridiculous…
Still raw. I rented two 10x10 units in Bastrop, TX 1-1/2 years ago which were apparently coded by the location as one 10x20 unit. (I'm confused as to why I then needed to purchase 2 locks? Oh, right! It's because they are two units!) This week, my 80 year old mother and I were able to, finally, downsize and squeeze all the stuff into one of the units.
