Still raw. I rented two 10x10 units in Bastrop, TX 1-1/2 years ago which were apparently coded by the location as one 10x20 unit. (I'm confused as to why I then needed to purchase 2 locks? Oh, right! It's because they are two units!) This week, my 80 year old mother and I were able to, finally, downsize and squeeze all the stuff into one of the units. This is my 2nd time renting at CubeSmart Storage Center and I have been very impressed with the service quality that I have received each time I’ve needed to rent here.. it’s very clean and very safe experience each time I have rented here. Absolute worst experience. I was charged twice for my storage unit and was told by Angela that there was nothing she could do and that I need to call my back to have the second charge refunded (that’s annoying, but not a big deal). Called my back and they reversed the second charge. A couple days later, I get a notice that my account is overdue and I have no access to my storage unit. Corporate had reversed the original charge and then charged me a $20 fee! I was the one who was charged twice! Why would I be charged a fee? W... read more
The staff are always very helpful. Just wish the rent wasn’t always going up. Hopefully when rent goes up the staff gets a raise because they deserve it.
