Rented 2 units went to move out and saw all this debris in my unit that was not mine. There is a structural issue with this facility as there is a 2 foot gap between units. They auctioned off The items in the unit next to me and whatever those people did not want they shoved through the gap that landed on my stuff. Initially, I liked this place, but then their rates began jumping to levels and at intervals which you won't experience from their competition. For example, their initial monthly rate for a 10x10 climate controlled space was $141.00. Then, after just 5 months, this jumped 25.5% to $177.00. Facilities are nice, clean, and secure. Sabrina, in the office, was very helpful and professional.
staff are friendly ... pricing is NOT ... at 5-months, the rate increased by an annual 65% !!!
Cubesmart in Bastrop, Tx is run very efficiently. The facility is very clean and has an abundance of surveillance cameras on the premises.
