If you can avoid this place do… I have been over charged by this company for almost 4 years. Anytime I wasn’t able to pay rent on time I took the hit and paid the FORTY DOLLAR late fee. And I never complained about it (I’m late right Ill take the hit I get it ) Angela has been nothing but rude and not helpful. Most recently I moved into a smaller storage unit to save money (only because the sweet woman who works ant the front desk gave me the option to help me out) and then Angela told me that I should switch to autopay. I've enjoyed walking into the Bastrop CubeSmart facility coming up on 5 years now. The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff are outstanding and a compliment to the CubeSmart organization. I can say that what has stood out to me the most is the smile and personal attention that Tabrina brings to my experiences. She always addresses me by my name, and listens exactly to what my needs are. Just a truly wonderful person to have on the CubeSmart team!
