Upon arrival, the staff was quite welcoming and answered all my questions promptly. I was then taken on a tour of the unit and I approved it immediately. The staff made the paperwork a breeze and made me feel like family. I would definitely recommend cub smart to others.
The lady at the front desk is wonderful. She is a huge help. I recommend this place the place and unit is very clean .very easy access to your unit.

I've only been a customer for a week (I have a single 5x5 unit) but so far my experience has been flawless, the price is good (new customer deal, I expect it to go up in the future) and Eleanor is an absolute joy to interact with.
