Athena Was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout our experience. This was our first time dealing with CubeSmart, and Athena made us feel confident that both our belongings and our physical safety would be well protected. She answered all of our questions and accommodated us in the best way possible. She even helped us get in and out of the units when things became difficult. The facility is always clean well lit organized and has a great security camera system. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service!
