Extremely easy online booking process. We immediately got a call from the facility to clarify an item on the location and type of unit. Totally appreciated that clarification. We arrived the next day with easy entry due to the instructions provided, a cart was available and everything very clean. Staff was super nice and there to answer any questions we had.
