I am extremely satisfied with the whole process of Cube Smart. The reservation process was easy & clear. I was able to do it same day and the location is easy to access. Overall very happy with how smooth and easy the process was!

I had a great experience while renting a unit with CubeSmart. The manager was very friendly and helpful and easily answered any questions I had about payments and other units. The facility itself is well maintained and clean. I did have a problem with the elevator. I went back to load my unit and the elevator closed and would only open an inch or two before closing again. It did not change floors during this malfunction. I had to quickly place my hands in the elevator and rip the door open before it closed on my hands again.

Nice place clean , affordable but only one hand truck per side leaves you standing around waiting for someone to finish using the handcart if you didn't bring one with you. Makes the process longer and frustrating.

Been storing our household good here for a year while in transition and we've had a great experience! The indoor, climate controlled environment was exactly what we needed and they always had carts available to move items! Had a great experience here!
