Cheyenne, from the Cube Smart location at 500 K Johnson Blvd N, Bordentown, was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and informative when speaking with her on the phone regarding reserving a storage unit. Then again, when my son and I met with her in person to see the facility, view several units, and finalize our reservation, she was extremely personable and most proficient in guiding us through the process.
Cheyenne and Jordan at the 501 K Johnson Blvd, Bordentown, NJ location did a phenomenal job in assisting us getting two units. They were courteous, informative and personal. They made us feel comfortable and were professional in what they do. Great manager and assistant manager. Our experience was great because of them.
The customer service rep at the location at 500 K Johnson Blvd location provided Exceptional service by going out of his way to ensure I had a smooth transfer from one unit to another. All while communicating efficiently and clearly. He was great! I totally forgot his name but he was awesome sauce! Thank you!
I love it, very clean and the young lady at the front desk very very nice & friendly
I was satifisfied with the service. The facility is nice and clean, the process was easy. The office staff was helpful and i feel secure.
