The location was helpful with my move today. Customer service was great. Thank you so much.
1st bay door has been broke for months and does not open. Manager has no date as to when it will be fixed. I was told to call them and they would open it. Problem is…most of the time nobody is there to open it!
Michelle was very helpful. Despite having multiple issues with her computer, she managed to finish the rental agreement for my storage unit. She was determined to make it work and succeeded. I appreciate all the hard work and effort she put it to make it work.
