Storage is excellent. Having the cost change every year is incredibly difficult for a person on a fixed income. That being said, the personnel at my facility are great to work with. Luckily I was able to condense my items enough to move to a smaller unit and will be able to stay at my facility.
The lady, sorry I forgot her name, at the facility was more than helpful. We are from out of state and were looking for a faculty close to our future home to store some items. She took my call, walked me through the process and ensured I had a great location. Her courtesy and professionalism is what made us choose this facility.
Friendly & professional staff, facility is nice & clean
Marina at the Litchfield Park location was extremely helpful. Not only did she stay during her break to help me, she made sure my unit was close to my fiance's unit so we didn't have to walk far!!! Thanks Marina for going the extra mile!!!
