Thanks to Kelly, hands down, this has been the best storage experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few). She was extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating to me throughout my move-in process and has been kind and communicative ever since I arrived, to date. I could echo the same about CJ as he has been really amazing and personable as well. Highly recommend this location and thank you guys, both, again for everything you do daily! :)

Ms. Kelly is truly an amazing person. She makes you feel special, appreciated, and is always ready to help. Throughout the entire process of securing our storage unit, she was understanding and showed genuine compassion for our needs. If you ever need a storage space, I highly recommend visiting Ms. Kelly at CubeSmart Self Storage on Semoran, right next to the Seabrook Apartment complex.
I have appreciated Kelly’s helpfulness and friendliness. I also appreciate that every hallway is checked twice daily and CJ alerted me when I didn’t securely lock my unit.
