While the online reservation process was a bit of a cluster, the real humans at the place if business were phenomenal. I had a unit near Blackburn point road and the gentleman who is in charge www lovely to work with. He resolved the online issue and was helpful and available. The units were clean and convenient. My only suggestion would be to have another couple of flatbed dollys. Great experience and excellent customer service- I'll use them again if I ever need a storage unit.

We've rented a storage unit for as many years as I can remember in several states that we've lived in and I must say that the convenience, location, cleanliness and overall experience is hands down, the best at our current, "Extra Space Storage" located at 626 S Tamiami Irl. The on site manager is very helpful, friendly and has excellent customer service.
