Very personable and professional. Everything explained. Unit was very clean with a welcome bag inside. I enjoyed the process of getting a storage unit.
The property manager chris at the Edmund Hwy is by far the best ! Moving itself can be overwhelming and aggravating and I walked in already stressed and she went over and beyond to make this experience as easy as possible and she did just that!! This lady did not know me and she surely didn’t have to take that extra mile in helping and giving me a few tips so when I tell you she completely lessened my anxiety! If I could get no stars I would. Was renting a 10x15 unit for close to a year and received a notice that the rate would be increasing. The increase was almost triple what I was originally paying. When I questioned it I was told that the new manager increased the rate because there was only one or two units left available in the size I had! We negotiated a lower price but was still double what I was paying. I found another company to use that has much better rates. I do not recommend CubeSmart.
