I had a fantastic experience here! The facility is incredibly clean and well maintained. Furthermore, the staff provided excellent advice that truly helped me. Highly recommend!
The guy at the bay road facility was horrible. He was literally yelling at my mom bc she drove through the door because it was open already. The door and the gate were open when we got there so we thought we must just drive through like any other sane person would think. He was just hiding in there waiting and yelled at everyone who drove through lol.
Very helpful, friendly and respectful. Made me go f r on overwhelmed to confident.
