I had a bad experience so far as communication with CubeSmart I did my due diligence and I called left voicemails before they were even closed never got a return phone call or anything. So I had to figure out how to get into my cube storage space on my own which I finally did thank gosh. But I honestly have to say that when I finally did talk to a customer rep she was very unprofessional she made it seem like I was the one lying and I wasn't so far as reaching back out leaving a voicemail name phone number which was never ag... read more
