Easiest and fastest company to get a storage unit with. I applied for a unit and got to access it the same day. Customer service is phenomenal!
Had my semi truck, no trailer parked in the lot and waiting for them to open to rent some storage. A man came and told me to move my truck that I wasn't allowed to park there. First, I didn't see any signs saying that, I didn't have a trailer on. Seen me sitting in my truck, you would think the first question would be, are you waiting for us to open? Are you a customer? Nope, move. I'm in the area weekly and wanted an area to store some off season supplies. I will certainly take my business elsewhere.
