Shitty company if I could give it zero I would put in my move out date moved everything out and they still keep trying to charge me every month when I used there online company app to cancel and move out date and now they are trying to charge me everyday for 600$
So far, I haven't been able to access my unit, it's frozen shut. I was not able to find an employee and when I called, I was given an access code, but found my unit has no internal door. It's been over a week since we rented, and I still can't access. I went by over the weekend and there were crews removing ice from the roof, but I still can't access my unit. Don't bother. Go down the street. I wish I had.
