Working with Max and team at Prime Storage pertaining to obtaining a storage unit was a great experience all around. Max was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Prime Storage provides very clean and spacious units. Kudos to Max as he is a true asset to the company. Thank you again as I highly recommend the facility to anyone looking for storage needs.
This storage unit was fine minus the extreme raises in price and the bed bug infestation. It went from 83 a month to 104. And also when I got to the place to move my stuff out all of my stuff was COVERED in bed bugs. There was a full blown infestation and I had no food or anything stored. When I told the desk about it the worker just said “yeah I’ll sweep it out”
