DO NOT RENT HERE. Terrible place. Climate control in summer is bare minimum....very stuffy! My unit had a pipe burst above it. Apathetic response to that. Bogus charges for insurance when i have my own. You can call 3 times to correct this, email them and be ignored, sent the required documents multiple times, and they just keep charging it and ripping you off. The owner/CEO is a real estate investor worth 3 trillion, so no wonder my rate went from $85 to $146 in the span of a year. The poor guy needs more money.
Terrible service from staff. Unapologetic, lack of sympathy. New management is terrible. This was better when it was vaultra. Stay away from prime storage. P.S. they don’t follow Business hours and lack of access control(you can enter anytime after 10pm even though they are closed). Washrooms are disgusting as well and smell like homelessness/piss. This ain’t it folks.
Extremely clean facility!!!! The manager emailed me to let me know on my first day of storage that I hadn’t completely locked my unit.
To tell you the truth, I wish I could give two separate ratings. For the local team, from the front desk all the way through management, I would give 5 stars without hesitation. They genuinely seem to care about their customers and do their best to make decisions that are good for both the customer and the long-term success of the business. They act like customer service matters but the goal is to get you into a contract and then it all goes out the window. Due to a Moving issue I had to move out three days into the month. For Prime that means they just get to charge a full month for 3 days, that's 188.00 for the use of my storage for 3 days, at that rate you could rent a small apartment. Then on top of that they somehow "couldn't find" my cancelation request and told me I owed another early cancellation fee. This I understand the need to make a profit but you ... read more
