CubeSmart Self Storage is a scam. I called and reserved a storage unit with a 40% off discount price... They gave me the first month total which was only about $60 more than every month would be each month moving forward, so they said... And then an actual representative from that location called and made clear that they were going to raise the rates within a month or two back to the regular rates and they could increase to whatever the company decided they wanted to charge.
