DO NOT RENT FROM CUBESMART! They use a bait and switch method to trick you into renting from them. We just rented a 10'x30' unit from CubeSmart a few days ago. They had a special going where the second month was free and the rental price was good. We were dealing with the general manager for the West Chester location, Alicia. We both asked her whether this was an introductory price and if it was only an introductory price, how long the introductory price period will be in place. Alesha was awesome. She told me everything I needed to know and was very helpful with describing the lease and payment process. I would recommend this facility, well kept and very clean.
