Great newer climate controlled storage facility. Very friendly service and set-up. They are set up for automatic payments which is very convenient. Prices are very reasonable. Very clean too. No signs of bugs or rodents at all. Signs of very good proactive bug & rodent control. I've used several storage places over the many years and this is one of the best. 👍👍 The only suggestion I'd have, is it would be nice to have a couple more carts available at the loading/ unloading entrances. I’ve had a fantastic experience with CubeSmart so far. I toured a few storage facilities in various Cincinnati locations, and was most impressed by this CubeSmart. The facility is relatively new (only a few years old) and is in excellent condition. The facility is safe, secure, & clean. The staff has always been friendly & accommodating. I’ve never had any trouble grabbing one of their carts to unload / load.
