It haven't even been a month since I rented my unit out and they gave me a problem already. I stopped by my unit one morning and they elevator was down not working they said somebody was working on it I had to walk up the stairs. My unit is up a few stairs double stairs at that, that was very wrong & spiteful of them to do that

These hours are absolutely terrible. Terrible experience. When I called to complain the lady hung up the phone on me this shows complete lack of professionalism. I will be reporting this specific facility to the BBB. Stay away.

Do not go here, horrible hours. Rude customer service women answering the phone will hang up on you. I will go somewhere else .

just rented a unit here, but these new hours are completely ridiculous. The office is now only open from 2:30pm to 6:15pm, and they are closed entirely on Wednesdays and Sundays. It is physically impossible to see anyone or get help if you work a normal day job. Terrible experience right off the bat.
