Your staff’s customer service are exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure I understand the policies and my rights as a customer. They are kind, personable, knowledgeable, and they make customers feel very important. They recognize most customers who walk through the door. A message for upper management and the owners: The staff cannot be effective without effective tools. You MUST keep the bay door working properly and consistently, and construct a new bay door for that huge storage space.
