I reserved at the wrong location and spoke with Cam who sent me on my way with kindness. I was met with warmth and a smile from a woman named Tracey. While moving during severe weather. I had an overall smooth experience here. Customer Service was great. However. I do not see the free month reflecting with what was paid at signing. The fees itself still make you pay. 3 times what is due monthly. Roughly $69/ for a 5 by 10. Monthly rate with deal “24.00” $24 times 3. Paid upfront. I have had my stuff in here a while and they give you quite a bit of time to pay if you are behind...a tiny steep late fee once lean hits but other than that not bad. The management is fantastic and they do keep it clean and secure. I've 5 years I had my stuff there and it was never tampered with.
