Indoor storage is a good idea in theory. The Pennsdale location in the Macys smells like a giant Petri dish. The garage doors are frequently broken and people are forced to move their items in/out through the side doors. Although they planned to unload their trucks or uhauls inside, in dry conditions, like they paid a premium to do. The broken garage door forces them to cart their items in from outside, in the rain or snow. Leaving the storage units full of wet belongings.
