Michelle and Denise in the office were both very friendly and accommodating. Michelle handled my unit transfer, and it was a breeze. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions with ease, and is a very pleasant, personable, professional, and competent employee to do business with. She made everything easy to get my needs situated. I would recommend this business 10/10!
Michelle is wonderful. She really made the rental easy! It is such a nice facility. Michelle helped us immensely a second time. She goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience!
See the post I made 2 weeks ago in the pictures, they gave me a response that they wanted to have someone get in touch with me. So I emailed and no response. It's almost like giving a nice response that I am unable to respond to myself gives the appearance of wanting to fix it with zero intention of actually following through, weird. Not saying that's what happened, not saying it isn't. Anyway, here's a 1 star for that nonsense.
Very clean
Michelle is very sweet and kind and very helpful. Great place
