If you store your stuff here it may well be destroyed. I rented Unit 1132 at CubeSmart’s Canton, OH location from Feb 2024–July 2025 under the promise it was climate controlled. When I moved out on July 8, 2025, the facility was hot and humid, and severe mold contamination had destroyed roughly 80% of my belongings — including wood furniture, family heirlooms, photo albums, and personal documents. I wasn’t even sure what this building was at first. I remembered it being Kaufmann’s! I stopped in out of curiosity and ended up picking up some moving boxes and tape. Super helpful staff and a clean, organized space. Nice surprise!

Customer service is amazing! Very clean in the storage until/building, 10/10 recommend.
