My mom had a storage unit there for a few years and just moved her stuff out. She found several dead mice in the unit when she went to move her stuff out. She tried to get a refund witch seems very reasonable since there are literal mice but, they refused. I advise everyone to check on your units as it was not just one or two she found.
Tried paying my storage bill twice and no one was there.
It was very easy to schedule and they were a big help!
