Beware! They get you to rent to then send a rate increase notice the month after! 6 months of our home belongings in storage to find our things covered in mold and all our boxes wet! They offer you insurance which we did buy to only find out the damage wasn’t covered?! So what’s it for then? The 2 employees working the day we moved out said it wasn’t normal that our things were found this way. I mean the entire floor of the unit was wet! To later be told it was condensation?!
