Easy to follow instructions online and in-person staff is very friendly and helpful
Everything went smoothly with my unit rental. Staff was friendly and showed me around the facility and how to use the access app.
Due to me living out of state I had to make my reservation online but for some reason my payment didn’t process correctly so I had to call. The manager Joshua was extremely helpful! He understood my circumstances knowing that I couldn't come in store to complete the process. He even sent me an audio message to share so that my parents would know what to do once they arrived. Very professional friendly and personable!
It’s here in Roanoke by the Wells Fargo amazing staff and good units!!! Roanoke college students come here!!
