Had a great experience renting a place with Trevor at the Lansing location on MLK Jr Drive! Also, I was impressed with how clean everything was.
Sara and Trevor were a TREMENDOUS help to me. They were kind, patient and willing to do anything to help me and relieved a substantial amount of stress during a very difficult period. I cannot say how much I appreciate their assistance! They should be given raises. They are doing you nothing but good. Thank you!
They were very understanding when it took me more than 24 hrs to clean out a 10X30 to a 10X20. I was doing it by myself. It took me three days but finally got it done.
So far my experience has been excellent. The gentleman that helped me in-house was very helpful. Together we determined the unit I originally reserved was too small so I was able to change my reservation. I haven’t used the storage facility yet but I presume it will be fine.
