Amazing people they where very helpful very good on the price of units especially for the size easy to access and to get to
My husband and I rented a storage unit online then when we got there we were told it's not only on the second floor but the furthest away for entry point as possible. Asked if we could switch unit and was told it would be $65- $75 more. Then I go online and find the exact size we have on the ground floor for the same price 🤬 The employee was snobbish and a little rude. It also states first month is free and we did not receive that. If not for experiencing this immediately we would have given 5 stars
I moved to this storage about 3 years and I girl was moving her things out bc of mice and she had just moved in.I couldn't move back out bc I didn't have any help.I took pics then but there is mice feces in the boxes, bags, baskets just everything.Im not trying to wear any of the things, if gives you a weird feeling.The facility is nice but the rate increase is ridiculous, it went from $85 to $125.
