Very helpful, make the process easier
I called to ask why my unit monthly payment is going up. Went from $90 to $154. The lady asked me who is she speaking with. Told her my name and my unit and the reason why I was calling. Then she quickly said she has a customer that came in so she put me on hold. Then some reason 1-3 mins later, the phone hung up.
