Melissa (egg harbor location) and Wayne (Galloway location) were both fantastic. They both worked with me to get me the exact space I needed and were flexible to switch up the type of unit on very short notice. Great team at both locations!
Wayne is to the point and down to earth. Ready to help in any way he can. Corporate is a bit of a hassle and headache to deal with. From unkept promises to attempts to raise my bill over 110 dollar difference after locked in for 6 months! And again through the process Wayne was right there always responsive and communication was great he was able to work it all out for me to make me happy. Just ask for Wayne. And if corporate is reading this…..I think Wayne deserves a promotion, raise, and whatever else comes with.
