I’ve been using this facility for over a year now, and I have to say the difference since the new management took over is night and day! The new team is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They greeted me by name on my last visit, asked if I needed any help moving things without me having to ask. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of at a storage place or any place for that matter , but they really go out of their way to make customers feel valued. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Excellent place to rent from the New Management and Staff super helpful and friendly I have encountered problems in the past with the other people who used to worked here. They didn't want to help had attitude or had feet up lounging and didn't know what to do. This change was exactly what this place needed it changed my opinion and we got 2 more units the pricing, flexibility and service I received is unmatched. Ashley thank you! I would give 10 stars if possible!
DO NOT RENT HERE! My fiance and I stored our belongings here for several months and mold mildew and rodent issues. Insurance didn't even cover 5% of the damage. Despite all of our issues and complaints, nothing got fixed and the rent keeps going up! CONS: New management is awful and nobody knows anything. My fiance and I stored our belongings here for several months. CONS: During the several months we stored here, we encountered the garage door being broke and not working, as well as endless encounters of the sliding door near the garage being broken and not working. On top of that, all of wood&fabric furniture we stored here is covered in mold&mildew! Most of it unsalvageable.
