I am a longtime customer and Dena has been friendly, professional and super helpful from the very first day I met her. I was worried when CubeSmart took over the facility from the previous local ownership but the great thing about Dena is that she cares: if she sees you working in your unit she stops by to check in. If you have a question or need guidance, she's there. The premises are well maintained, the office is neat and organized. When I go to my unit, I look forward to seeing Dena.
Dena is amazing! I was so stressed out with this move and trying to find somewhere safe and affordable to store our things and Dena took all that stress away even just for a little bit whether it was over the phone or in person. She made sure I understood my options, was clear on pricing and instructions and I feel confident that this can be checked off my moving checklist. Thank you Dena!
