Very pleased with my experience with this company. Was looking for a Good deal for a storage area when in a desperate time to place my personal belongings. Price was great! Customer service was great lady I dealt with in office (Brenda) was the sweetest Will for sure spread the word and encourage people to rent here if in need for a storage area.
I was up in the air about size of storage unit and Brenda showed me my choices. Wonderful customer support.
Theresa was fantastic and very helpful with showing us our unit and making sure we understood how to properly use the cylinder locking mechanism. She explained where the entrances were and showed us the closest one. She explained how to pay for our unit each month. She suggested merchandise from the wall behind us while she wrote up our lease. I would highly recommend this storage facility if in the Blue Water Area.
