I got the unit for a self-allowed access since we arrived on a Sunday. I've used CubeSmart before and liked the ease of the process. But when we arrived, there's a lock on the unit instead of the welcome tag; (so it's already being used) and since they're closed on Sundays, I have to wait til Monday to even get it figured out. Mind you, my moving truck has to be back Monday so I have to extend it (and pay to do so) because I can't unload into storage on my check-in day. Staff is very nice and place is kept very clean. Only removing a star because the side door doesn't open even though the keypad screen displays my name and the door chimes. So I haven't had 24hr access which has been a bummer
Was told one thing over the phone and was another thing in person which lead me to getting over charged, strange people camped out….
Real informative and helpful. Definitely recommend if you have a storage need
