Shannon was excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly and makes the best cup of coffee ever. Will definitely be recommending cubesmart ro my friends and family for their storage needs
Dark Dirty smelly and stink bugs. Pot holes and rusty gate. Never thete when we tried to pay our bill. They kept raising the rent. We had to leave. Don't do it.
Shannon who is in charge at the office in Elkton was very pleasant, respectful, helpful, professional and knowledgeable! She did a gtear job at helping us signed up for the 10×15 storage unit first month free and 40% off. We also signed for the second 5×10 unit and then we had a need to rent the 10×30 unit. Shannon made it so easy to transfer the first 2 units to the 10×30 unit. I would highly recommend Cubesmart storage to all.my friends and families here.
