The only issue I had was getting the online registration to accept my drivers license number. I kept getting text messages reminding me to register on line for faster service. Once I called the manager he had me on line in less than five minutes. Very easy after that. It would also be nice to see all the paperwork on your website so it would give ample time to review your policy.
The Manager (Ethan) helped me, was extremely helpful and patient. Ive had a unit there for 3yrs never had a complaint. Also extremely clean all the time.
I was looking for a good storage place closer to me (my previous unit was in Harford Co) and so happy to find this place. It checks all of the boxes: great location, very fair price, secure and climate controlled. Highly recommend!
Not a good place i got sick from the molded moisture smell and they have rodents,some of my belongings had feces, and mold on them,I had to leave them in that storage unit and I no longer rent a storage unit from them anymore.you pay your money for the insurance coverage monthly, they still don’t replace your stuff. Some stuff was sentimental value that could not be replaced.
