Always a problem getting in whether the app says im not at the location or the gate just wont open. On the flip side, gate has been stuck open twice, in as many months. Today access was also denied even though im paid up and wasn't late. To make matters worse, when I did finally get in, I used the restroom...no toilet paper no paper towels. Today is monday almoat 2:45pm. When i asked about that, I was told "we are closed on sundays" and it hasn't been restocked yet." My move in was the smoothest and easiest process the building is clean and the staff was very helpful
Storage was prepared and cleaned ready for move in. Also offered a great move in deal for the 10x20
