I rented the unit and it was mice, infested, and water damage damaged. I never moved in and wanted my money back and they would not return it to me. I had to get my bank to do so. They had a beautiful facility right up the street, but very nice units clean and well lit, but management was absolutely horrific!!!! At every turn, I had to speak to someone at a regional or district management level because the actual store manager was so unprofessional. Was a great experience checking in and in 15 minutes I was shown my unit, the place is very clean and well lit.
Nice storage place ! I’m glad they got the dehumidifiers I have had a issue at first wirh mold but since the correction we have not had any issues
I rented two weeks ago and still have yet to move in due to my need to find the time to call and speak with a Cube Smart Rep at my Elkton location, about WHY the exit door is ALWAYS OPEN, 24/7. One of the ONLY reasons I chose Cube Smart and that location, was because their advertisement stated they had Units that were Drive/Up and CLIMATE CONTROLLED. I noticed on my way out the last time I was there to move in, that the Exit door appeared to be broken and not able to close manually. So at this point it’s been a huge inconven... read more
