It is true. There is a mold/mildew smell on the 2nd floor. A friend has already moved out and I am also going to as well. The employees there have said they smell nothing , yet the smell is so obvious to people that rented there before as well as a frientd i brought with me to help. Everytime i remove items from my unit to take them home my entire car and house will smell like mold for days.
