I have used Cube Smart for several years now off Kitty Hawk Rd. I’ve had the very best customer service. This past weekend I needed to do a unit transfer and as usual Octavia and Peggy were the absolute best. They went above and beyond. They got me in the right size unit, close to the old one so I would not have so far to go, walked me through the process and check on us as we were moving. We were locked in after hours, and had to call the non emergency line. The facility isn’t bad, but it’s ridiculous that we can access anytime we need, that was an unnecessary inconvenience. Signs of gate hours are small and should be bigger than the small print on the front. This should also be told to us when reserving, if it’s 2AM I should be able to access what I need to if I’m paying for it.
