This place is infested with rats. Our belongings are destroyed. Filed a claim with insurance only to be told they don’t cover damage “due to wildlife” talked to the woman at office and just given excuses. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for storage needs.
Having an on-site manager is apparently a rare thing these days and honestly Michelle is so great. She really helped me work to develop options when I didn’t think we’d fit all the household goods into the unit I rented. The moving company was so slow and I knew this would be after hours but she had a couple of great suggestions for contingency which thankfully I didn’t end up needing. All my interactions with her have been great and the facility is clean and well organized.
Literally the nicest lady that manages here . Michelle was extremely helpful and understanding . And the place Itself is very clean and well kept:
