I leased a unit in July 2025. In September 2025, Prime Storage increased the monthly rent by $10 per month. On Saturday, September 6, 2025, at 5:00 pm, I went to the unit to put some items in storage and found that the exterior door to the facility was jammed in the open position. I called the contact number and explained the problem and was told that the "General Manager has been made aware of the problem." Someone apparently called in to report the issue a "few hours ago." I really didn’t want to do this survey but you just keep sending it to me! I’ve been renting a unit there for a year and a half when they were cube smart! I rented an additional unit to have my business stuff separate from my personal stuff and the cost went up on me the next month. I feel robbed, So I had to let that second one go and move everything back into my original unit that I started with!
