Amanda is so great!! Just recently downsized my storage unit after being with prime storage for while. The process was really smooth and Amanda was super helpful and accommodating!!! She definitely made the process %100 times better in my opinion. Shout out to her cause I wouldn’t want anyone else helping
Decently priced from the beginning however it seems that once you get the unit filled your price does increase. It's also pretty cold in there and they rarely take care of the snow and ice outside so a few times it's been pretty dangerous getting out of my car
I honestly have never been more disappointed with a local business in my life. I highly advise renting from literally anyone else.
Prices sure does go up $40 or more every year.
