Very nice facility customer service was good in person not over the phone Very-clean easy to access from the outside only thing I would request should’ve built a little better roof outside For when it rains and you can move your stuff in you could pull underneath other than that. Great great place.

Making a reservation was easy and checking-in was a breeze. Office hours are convenient: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM M-F, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday. Access to the storage unit is available everyday 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. At the location in West Mifflin, PA, Amanda was courteous, professional and amiable. She showed me my unit, instructed me on how to enter the building and demonstrated the way to correctly lock the unit when finished.
