The customer service was great. Venus explained everything clearly which made checking in easy and quick.
Ryan C helped me out. He was knowledgeable, professional, and definitely had me laughing. I highly recommend.
They have roaches. I went to check on my storage and noticed these right by my unit. I spoke with the store manager who was very professional. I pay $200 a month and asked if there was any way I could be compensated because the roaches surely didn’t come from me and I was told no. I’ve been with them for months and haven’t had any issues up until now
Ryan was very professional. I called the store this morning i wasn’t sure what unit i needed but he went over all the available units and pricing.Moving is very stressful he made the process easier for me to figure out a plan.
